1. Service Description

Maharashtra Hawaman is an agricultural technology service operating an upcoming Android application and digital web interface. We deliver high-resolution, hyperlocal weather forecasts, precipitation tracking, spray advisory windows, and severe storm warnings directly to farmers and agricultural professionals across Maharashtra.

2. Subscription & AutoPay Terms

• Access to premium localized maps, long-range forecasts, and automated WhatsApp/Push alerts is provided on a paid subscription basis (₹1,000 per month or as specified during checkout).
• Users may set up monthly recurring subscription mandates using authorized Indian payment modes (including UPI AutoPay, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Cards) via our certified payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments.
• Prior to any recurring deduction, users receive an advance pre-debit intimation notification via SMS/Email as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Anytime Cancellation: Users can pause or cancel their recurring subscription at any time without penalty by contacting support at g16patil@gmail.com or via their UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM).
• Post-Cancellation Access: Once a subscription is cancelled, premium features remain active until the end of the currently billed 30-day period. No further deductions will be initiated.
• Refunds: If a technical failure results in multiple debits or if a user is unable to access the service due to sustained server downtime within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

• Information Collected: We collect only necessary details to deliver accurate localized weather services, including user phone number, registered email, and coarse/fine GPS location data (to serve taluka/district-specific forecasts).
• Data Usage: User contact information is strictly utilized for account authentication, transactional alerts, and severe weather warnings. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third-party marketing entities.
• Payment Security: All financial and mandate processing is securely handled end-to-end by RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree). Maharashtra Hawaman never stores customer bank account numbers, debit/credit card credentials, or UPI PINs.
• Data Deletion: Users have the right to request deletion of their account and location logs by emailing our support desk.
